General terms & contitions

Courses and workshops

• Registration for courses and workshops is done via online registration. We will send the course confirmation and invoice by email as soon as the minimum number of participants has been reached and we have been able to assign a partner to each participant (in the case of individual registrations).

• Registrations are personalized and non-transferable.

• The B-Side GmbH may reject a participant without giving a reason.

• Registrations with a partner will be given priority. Both participants must register separately. For individual registrations, we maintain a waiting list until a suitable partner registers.

• In dance classes, we regularly change partners (provided this is possible with health regulations).

• The premises are subject to change.

• The organizer accepts no liability. Insurance (accident, illness, liability) is the responsibility of the participants.

• Courses will only be held if a minimum number of participants register. If a course has to be cancelled at short notice by the organizer, the course fee will be credited or refunded in full.

• Fees for courses and workshops must be paid by bank transfer before the course starts.

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing after registration (by submitting the form). Failure to pay an invoice does not constitute a cancellation.

• Registrations for workshops and courses are binding. If you cancel less than 7 days before the course starts, the full amount will be charged, even in cases of illness or accident.

• There is no entitlement to a refund or compensation for missed course lessons or workshops, even due to illness or accident.

Private lessons

• Private lessons can be booked via email or telephone.

• Private lessons can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. For changes made later, the full amount will be charged.

• The B-Side GmbH reserves the right to refuse private lessons without giving a reason.

• B-Side GmbH reserves the right to reschedule or cancel private lessons. In the event of short-notice changes, the organizer will endeavor to find an alternative date.

• Private lesson packages are valid for six months. Unused private lessons expire after this period.

General

• B-Side GmbH may amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published online.

• Any terms and conditions of the customer that conflict with these General Terms and Conditions require express written confirmation from The B-Side GmbH to be valid.

• Swiss law applies exclusively. In case of disputes, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of The B-Side GmbH.
